  • How can I place orders?
    Head over to our online shop at Shopee and place your orders there!
  • What are your shipping methods?
    We want to ensure that all of the good stuff gets to you and your paw pals as a whole and in good condition. And that is why all orders placed will be delievered via Shopee Supported Logistics.
  • Can I arrange for self-collection?
    We do not have self-collection as a collection method.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Thank you for being keen in our products wherever else in the world you are! We unfortunately are unable to ship internationally. However, this is something we are looking at in the near future. Do drop us an email at borkinggood@gmail.com or a message on our Instagram @borkinggood that you are keen in purchasing our products from overseas.
  • Do you accept cash on delivery?
    We aim to provide a safe and efficient transaction experience for you. As we are using a third party vendor to deliver the products, cash on delivery would be unavailable at the moment.
  • Can I cancel/edit my order or change my address?
    Yes, definitely! Within 2 hours of placing your order, if you need to make changes to your existing order including changing of address or cancellation, please contact us directly on our Shopee chat!
  • How long does my order take to arrive?
    We will arranged for pickup within 48 hours from the moment you check out your cart. And depending on the third party logistics providers, it will vary from 2-5 days of waiting time (excluding public holidays) after your parcel has been picked up.
  • How do I track my order?
    Order placed! Now what? Once your order has been shipped out of our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation on the phone number you have provided during checkout at Shopee.
  • What should I do if my parcel is lost during delivery?
    You will be able to track your package with our Shopee counterparts! Simply log into your Shopee account. If you are still having troubles with it, feel free to direct message us on these different platforms - Shopee or Whatsapp at +6588994137 and we will liaise with our delivery partners to get the package to you!
  • What is your return policy?
    We want all our paw pals to feel safe while using our products. Therefore, unfortunately, due to hygiene purposes, we will not be able to accept any returns.
